"The hotel staff was professional, courteous, and helpful with transport and destination advice. The breakfast buffet offers scrumptious dishes to cater to both Eastern and Western palates. We enjoyed our breakfast during our stay; it gave us a great start to the day and allowed us the flexibility to eat out at local restaurants. And the hotel is within walking distance of a few historical and cultural places, and shopping areas. Just be ready to walk, a lot of walking, which was good and carved up a good appetite for more food."
"Hotel is in great location, but is getting dated.
Definitely not worth the price asked for the room.
Breakfast was ok, but it’s more for Asian customers, if you expect something like in NY - expect a massive disappointment.
Customer service was poor - definitely not what you expect from Hyatt.
Biggest letdown was how wrong they got everything for my wife’s birthday. Instead of birthday dinner we got a date night package, and when we pointed them at the mistakes nothing was fixed. It’s 2 weeks now that I’m waiting for any response from Hyatt, and hope on receiving any feedback is fading.
Overall, they only have the Hyatt name - and nothing else. No service, no customer care.
No 5 star standards. Only the shiny outside.
Major disappointment.
Stay away"

"Clean room. Lobby was very disorganized, luggage everywhere and the check-in area was not clean, the staff pulled slippers, soap and toothbrush from a box stacked just behind them at check-in and gave them to us in a plastic bag to take to our room, this was very strange and was not what we expected for a hotel classified as 4 stars. "The hotel itself is lovely with clean rooms, a good breakfast, and super easy to get to with the free shuttle from the airport. However not the best if you are a light sleeper, as the airplane noise is quite loud. Also, you are not allowed to use the pool without a swim cap, this is a requirement so they will not let you in without one. I planned to use the pool and sauna, however sauna is in the changing rooms, away from the pool area, so a bit difficult to go in and out."
