"When we checked in, the bed sheets were dirty, which was very unpleasant.
Our room also had a separate technical/storage room where there was constant noise — it sounded like a fan or an air conditioning system running all the time. It was very loud and disturbing. We asked to change the room, and although we were moved, the new room had the same issue. Even though the door to that room was closed, the noise was still constant.
Overall, this was very uncomfortable and disappointing.
Also, housekeeping was not done daily."
