"Rooms were excellent , hot water was wonky at times but the staff are excellent…. Some guest were smoking in hallways to avoid fines for smoking in rooms which was unfortunate but to no fault of the hotel just bad guest"
"I had an amazing stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 Pattaya! The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located right next to the mall and the beach. The rooms are spacious with beautiful sea views and everything is very well maintained. The pool area is stunning — one of the best in Pattaya — and the staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety and high quality. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and luxury. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!"
"High quality resort, shows some aging, but large and beautiful. Great private beach. Pools are great. One is open until 10 pm which is great. Food is good, but the prices are on par with North American or even more. Will stay again."
