"Food was exceptional especially for breakfast, choices at the buffet was hard to beat and I’ve been all over the world.
The lounge also was also fantastic as well, a must have upgrade if you’re staying at a Sofitel.
This particular property, though nice is in need of facelift especially in the rooms and hallways.
The staff was indeed helpful but it puzzles me why they wouldn’t emphasize languages for better communication it being a hotel that caters to foreigners. Jason the night manager was extremely helpful on my first night in as well."
"We love the cleanliness and location. Room was spacious and clean, with amenities topped up adequately. When enquired on time needed for transportation to airport, the counter staff even made arrangement for our luggage to be sent to counter earlier. Thumbs up."
