"My stay was really good. The room was spacious and well maintained and the staff were always helpful.
The only negative was that there was not a microwave in the room and the front desk said there wasn’t one available in the lobby either.
It really was a pleasant stay.

"The hotel is very old and in need of significant renovations. We were quite concerned about the condition of the bathroom, especially the toilet, which was broken and seemed unsafe to use.
The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not as accommodating.
The room phone did not work properly, and the hotel charges for local calls, which was unexpected. The location is excellent, but the property itself requires a lot of maintenance.
To make matters worse, there were insects in the shower area."
"Nice area, food and shops around really nice, staff very courteous, the only issue we had in our stay was the fact that there are no hangers for the towels, either the face or hand towel or even for the bath towel, they only had one inside the restroom, also, the way the bathroom sink is done it makes very difficult to was your face, the fawcet is right above the middle of the sink making it hard to fully wash your face.
Just because those issues we may not come back to this hotel."
"The location was great , the inconvenience is when the receptionist know I am going to stay for 12 days and just gave one paper roll at times , i need to sent a message if i need more look like you are begging gor that. At the end i went to shop and bought some paper roll the inconvenience and interrupt my day , same with the coffe capsules just 3 when I arrived no more loosing time to find it better with one machine 🙃 "
"Loved my stay here. The location was perfect and centrally located to everything Roma Norte has to offer. No matter which direction you walk, you’ll find amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and great local spots to explore. Everything felt safe, vibrant, and within walking distance.
It made experiencing Mexico City incredibly easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the action.
