"Careful in the bathroom. The tub has a half screen so there is a lot of residue spray onto the floor. Also the tub is about a foot higher than the floor outside the tub so you have to be very careful getting out so not to slip and also ensure that your feet is placed the ground first."
"We were thrilled with the size of our room, it was more like a suite. It was great to have a seperate dressing room to keep our suitcases. Unfortunately, the style of the shower doors were a real nuisance. We ended up getting the floor very wet each time. And I did find the bed a little too hard.
But location was absolutely ideal and the breakfast buffet was fabulous!!!"

Do not recommend Eco tours located at hotel. Took expensive scooter tour and felt unsafe. Decided to quit for safety sake. The guide was good but left the manager to pick up scooter and left me in a park high above city alone. The manager came to pick up scooter and was abandoning me in the park. I asked about a taxi and he said it was not his fault. I did not ask for refund just a taxi back to hotel. Manager offered to call me taxi but kept berating me for asking for help. I told him to leave if he did not stop blaming me for being left. Manager did not care I was left alone, no phone to call taxi and no Polish to ask for help. He took off and left me in the park. It took me over an hour to walk far enough to get internet to call for help. If I had been injured riding scooter I fear Eco would have left me to take care of myself. Do not trust this company. No care for their clients."
"Everything about this hotel is 1st class, couldn’t find anything to fault at all. Would 100% recommend this hotel, staff were friendly (nothing too much trouble), service was outstanding and well the breakfast was best we’ve ever had in a hotel."
"Everything was ok EXCEPT: 1) Bed mattress was uncomfortable.. hole in the center when you lay down.. Work up every morning with lower back pain.. 2) Bathroom smelled like musky sewer water.. made the whole room stink even though we left the fan on. 3) Bed sheet have never been changed.. Stains and old lint in the bed sheets.. 4) we asked housekeeping not to come into the room as we were going to come back. the minute we left, housekeeping enter the room. We specifically instructed her not to enter the room until we put the cleaning sign on the door. She did not accommodate our request.😕 This is a honest review.. I will also be leaving a review in my own social media to share about my experience.."
