"The room door was ajar when we went to our room after check-in. We went back to the front desk to let the staff know. A night manager accompanied us to the room and was surprised to see the door ajar. He took our card keys and found that they did not work; we assume that he concluded we had not opened the door. He went inside the room and told us everything was clean and for us to come in.
When inside, we realized that it was a regular room and not the mini- suite we had reserved and paid for. The night manager took us back to the front desk and gave us a mini-suite. He also gave us a coupon for 2 free drinks for the inconvenience. We thought that was nice of him. However, we did not use the coupon."
"Great location near shops and restaurants, clean and in great condition. Breakfast was a revelation, full of new dishes, more like a brunch in Colombia style, even including sancocho, plantains and a lot of new dishes, refreshing to see a hotel offering something different. Very good bar as well"
