"Amazing variety of local and continental breakfast. All food freshly made and staff is always with a smile and willing to help. Will definitely return"
"The breakfast was bad the waiters had bad manners the cook in the back was on her fone i wish to talk to some one this matter need to be looked into "
"The staff was excellent, great customer services and personal very polite in all places, restaurants, lobby and others. Property ammenities ok, but some restaurants were close due lower seasons and maintenances. Rooms need some touch or little maintenance, in general was ok, but we changed the first room to other in different floor, because it was problems with doors, air acconditionary and smell to humid, the secound was better, but the bathroom extractor do not work at all. This property is located convinient, not to far from central Cartagena and Airport."
"I stayed at the Sonesta for about 18 days, and my experience was absolutely amazing. I had a room on the 8th floor with a private balcony overlooking the ocean, which made my stay even more special.
Not only is the hotel beautiful, but it’s also located in a great area. It’s very close to the airport, and they offer convenient taxi service right at the front door. You can also easily use Uber, but having multiple transportation options—especially their well-kept taxis—made everything even more convenient.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing short of exceptional. My room was always spotless thanks to Juliet, who cleaned daily and consistently checked in to see if I needed anything.
The hotel restaurants are also fantastic, offering delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere. I especially want to mention Manuel, the kitchen captain, who exceeded my expectations by carefully accommodating my dietary restrictions. Eduardo, the bellman, was also incredibly attentive and always ready to help with luggage or provide helpful information.
Overall, I’m extremely grateful for such a wonderful experience. The combination of a beautiful hotel, excellent service, and outstanding staff made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it!"
