Staff were very helpful - there was a minor problem with the first room we were assigned to, but the staff fixed it right away, no drama.
There is a kitchen and laundry accessible 24 hours a day, which was very useful as we were jet lagged and really needed a cup of coffee at 3 am!
Location is perfect for us: ten minute walk from the busiest areas, area is quiet and calm but still with a grocery and several cafes nearby.
I will certainly look for StayKoook locations when I visit other cities in Germany, and I recommend the Leipzig location. "
"This hotel is located literally 1 minute walking from the airport entrance. We returned our car right there the night we stayed, and next morning just walked in to the airport with our bags - super convenient.
Nice clean rooms, good breakfast. Very happy with our stay."

Super clean. Wonderful service from staff. Unfortunately bed was very uncomfortable. Coffee in the room was not special. Free coffee in the lobby would be a better offer. Would use this hotel again but check the bed first "
