"Arrived at midnight and will be leaving this morning. It’s such a lovely hotel, I so wish we missed staying in Miami and came here for a few days.
It’s a special place, staff are lovely, standards are high, room is perfect, had a prob with TV they came up within 5 mins and fixed it.
The free shuttle was efficient and quick.
Breakfast was excellent as were the staff serving. Nothing was to much.
Will def stay here again.
Only thing I think they could improve on is have a few English channels on the TV as we just wanted to see the news.
