"Just outside of downtown Oslo made it convenient to go in any direction and find something to do or eat. It had a tram stop right next to it making transport very simple"

"We booked a private room for two days. Smooth checking in and out in touch-screens, reception available of needed. Room was great with small fridge (with freezer shelf) and two burners for cooking, glasses, dishes, pots etc. Beds were great, everything nice and clean."

"The good:
Breakfast buffet had very good selections. The hotel is within walking distance to all public transportation including the central train station, and most tourist attractions. The staff was friendly & quite helpful.
The bad:
My room has zero storage so I had to place my clothes on the other side of the bed. Not even a luggage rack for the luggage. To keep my clothes off the floor, everything was on the other side of the bed. I heard the same issue from another guest who had a twin bed. Only half the room had overhead lighting. During my entire 6 night stay, I didn't have the room cleaned. On my last night I found a used condom under the bed which I had no idea what it was until after I touched it (ewwwww). That should've been cleaned before I checked in. I felt disgusted touching it, though. I told the front desk about it when I checked out and she was totally shocked and apologized for it. She said she'd let the staff know. I'd still consider coming back but the lack of storage & living out of the suitcase on the bed is another issue."
