"Air conditioning didn’t work. We complained and later we were told that they hadn’t yet changed from heat to air conditioning. It was 30C. The « sitting room » got full sun and even with blackout shades it was hot! We closed the door and opened our bedroom window. But construction just outside was unbearable during the day so we couldn’t leave it open.
We had paid for three days in advance but we left after two. I asked for a refund for the one day we didn’t stay but was denied. Instead I was offered one free night in the coming year. Of course we were leaving Portugal so not helpful."

"This is a hidden gem of a hotel while it’s not close to many of the attractions that you want to see in Lisbon. It is a great headquarters to come to and back after a long day on excursions. While I was only there for my last day before my airport trip, I would recommend coming back there and making that the central location for your stay and using rideshare to get to your destinations. It’s a place to call it a day with a pool and unique vibe. Obrigado"
