"Our events did not allow us to make the evening snack but I heard it was great. The breakfast was top tier. If I had to have one downfall it would have been the size of the pool and hot tub compared to the size of the establishment. It was very busy and crowded and they were unable to keep towels in the pool area available for guests. "
"Good breakfast options, and gluten free selections available upon request. Room worked out well for family of 4. We had a small dog (20lbs) and the pet fee of $100 for the duration of our stay was acceptable. Parking had a 3rd party security patrol as an extra layer of protection. I did need to extend my stay by one day. I was required to pay the standard rate for a Friday stay, which was significantly higher than the Hotels.com rate for the previous 3 nights. Felt like a bit of a punishment - but circumstances left me few options. While there were many things to like about this hotel, the maximum charge levied for the extra night would prevent me from selecting this property in the future....even though I am a Hyatt Club member."
