"Close to the main city area, the lake and the bus station! Staff were friendly and rooms clean. We wish there was a kettle in the room to have hot water on cold nights but when requested staff did bring a kettle up to our room. "

"The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. Very walkable and close to lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Spoiled for choice!
Parking was 50% off at the Hotel de Ville parking garage which was helpful. We paid about €6.
The breakfast room was very nicely appointed, and the breakfast had a good selection. We stayed on a Monday and the bar is closed in a Monday so we didn’t experience that.
The rooms are a little tired and I would say small however they way they are put together, including an interior door and the bathroom backing on to the bed wall, means that you don’t hear other guests coming and going, so that was a real plus.
Annecy is a stunning town. We will be back!"
"Beautiful Hotel in a lovely location next to the Castle and a short walk down the hill to the Old Town . Staff were warm , very helpful . My only criticism is we did NOT have an en-suite Toilet OR Bathroom . Both were situated across the hallway in full view of other rooms on the 1st floor . For a hotel commanding such a price a en-suite toilet : bathroom should be standard . "
