"I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was nicely spacious with strong, cool AC and plenty of modern gadgets throughout — this is a very new, very modern property and it shows.
The staff deserve a particular mention. Incredibly friendly and accommodating — they kindly offered me a very late checkout given the hotel was quiet due to the current regional situation, and knowing I had a late flight. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a real difference, and I’m genuinely grateful.
The facilities look impressive: there’s a spa and a rooftop pool, though I didn’t get to use them on this visit. The food is also worth highlighting — really good, even though I only experienced it through room service rather than dining in the restaurant.
Location-wise, it’s in a commercial district rather than a scenic or tourist-friendly area, so it’s not one for a leisure holiday. But in terms of value for money, quality of the room, and standard of service, it punches well above its weight.
Highly recommended."
"We experienced 3 issues while at the hotel and as we left we were informed that the manager would be in contact with us the following day. A week later no contact made.We had also booked another stay at the end of the month and although we have messaged the hotel via the hotel.com link last Sunday and yesterday we have not had a reply."
