"Really dark and quiet room but because the windows don’t open it was quite stuffy overnight, even when it was cold so I would recommend leaving the aircon on while you sleep. Also the pillows were almost too soft??? Hahahaha. Anyway nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the staff were excellent. Nice little bar attached and coffees were a good price. Also if you don’t get house keeping they give you $10 to spend in the bar/cafe. "
"The room was clean and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The shower was nice and the water was hot. The environment outside the room was quiet. The only downside was the water dripping outside a couple of the rooms. Definitely a trip/slip hazard for people who have mobility issues.
Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and close to southern cross railway station. Free tram zone just around the corner. A quick ride to Bourke Street Mall and shops and restaurants."

Rooms are great, views excellent, location is ideal, beds very comfortable and Rooms are quiet.
Pool, spa and gym are fantastic and open early till late. Buffet breakfast is one of the best.
