"The hair dryer had to be shared. Noisy bathroom fan all night. No bedside lights were working even though I asked for maintenance to fix them. I was there for 4 days. Common areas outside room carpet needs cleaning. Breakfast is basic. Go elsewhere."
"Its location is so convenient to southern cross station & the CBD. Love that the Flagstaff Gardens are just there. Loved the spacious room, the crisp linen, the large plush pillows & the blackout curtains. The decor colour and style was cosy & comfortable too. The modern and practical bathroom & storage areas were great too. Along with welcoming staff on arrival, the overall experience was impressive.

"first of all: for a 3-night stay, only 1 housekeeping done and that was before checking in. Don't tell me that's written in the T&C or fineprints, a 4/5-star hotel simply can't say that.
The coffee mugs were stained, there was a towel left by previous occupant(s) in the bathroom, the floor near the kitchen was visibly dirty, the water pressure of the shower was too low and installed only for someone at 190cm or taller"
