"Nice clean room, good security protocols. I wish the transfer team had called out that the people with the baggage trolleys were not affiliated with the hotel and were expecting to be paid separately - but also on us for not understanding the culture, so no deduction in rating!

"The shower was pathetic. They mounted the controls upside down so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or pressure independently. The result is a barely warm trickle of water. We had 2 rooms; it was the same in both."
