"Good location very clean comfortable but basic. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wouldn't work for anyone with mobility issues. I think being on the top floor meant it was quiet and no real road traffic noise. The property is on a busy main road. Parking is available but tight if you end up at the far end. Room was warm beds comfortable and bedding good."
"Room and overall hotel was clean, love the fact that you are able to regulate the temperature in the room. Breakfast was edible.Staff was helpful especially the receptionist Michael, 100%. There was at one point we were being racially profile, once we informed the manager she stated that she would deal with the situation. Have no idea of the outcome. We are not going to make that incident cloud our judgment. We/I will return. Wi-Fi signal was good."
"I travelled down from London booked a executive suite it was large and very spacious
Amenities in the room are very good shampoo body wash lotion all available and good quality
I enjoyed my stay
Just feel for one night maybe a little overpriced but overall will definitely come again
Disappointed because of the parking had booked through Expedia and thought I had reserved parking but upon arrival told was no parking available as fully booked so just for future call in advance and reserve your parking space "

8/10 Good
"Very friendly staff and excellent facilities. Great to have the pool available from early morning.
Only downside was the restaurant’s bizarre ‘policy’ (apparently the chef’s decision) of trying to charge £3.50 for substituting couscous with mashed potato. According to the receptionist the following day, this has now been stopped, but unfortunately too late to avoid a sour taste at the time of the meal. But well done to the waitress for taking note of our concerns and passing them on to management "
"We weren't advised there was a pool, so we didn't get to use it. Staff were all lovely, especially receptionist who booked us in.
But the second lift being out of order meant we had to wait for the lift when checking out.
There was a chair in our room [118] that needed joints gluing and could have collapsed, and somewhere in the bathroom is leaking damp, resulting in a few harmless fruit flies and damagedbath panel and skirting. "
"Nice hotel, quirky. Though the music in the bar/restaurant was a bit loud. Other than that a nice enough stay. Lacking in wardrobe space but okay for an overnight close to the M1. "
