"Front desk service was excellent. Clear and precise. Morning breakfast was great too. Airport shuttle was on time and great driver. Overall really happy with what I consider important. Please note in terms of cleanliness and bathroom could be a little lacking due to age of the building."
"Staff gave 7 star service. From the lady at the restaurant to reception. They made my experience so wonderful and even went with me to the shops to find a traditional dress.They also arranged a personal assistant inside the airport to get me quickly through the budy crowds. 7 star service all the way at the Western maple leaf airport"
"The place was absolutely dirty, when you walk to the floor, your feet will be fully black. The food was in the restaurant was not good at all. The property maintain thing like stairs restroom toilet flush was absolutely bad. Only one positive thing is the staff is very good and friendly."
"This is one of the worst hotel I have stayed in my life . This should never be allowed on this listing as a hotel. This is an old building, no hot water, dirty toilets, dusty room, bathroom was so disgusting that my dog would not stay. The picture on the app was not how the hotel looks like , they have posted pictures from some other hotel maybe. If this not removed from the marketing ad I will never stay or book again in my life. Very disappointed
