"I stayed here for only 2 nights and I wished I stayed longer.I loved everything about this Riad! The room was very clean had a lovely spacious bathroom.The location was perfect,walking distance to the souks but still very quiet.The owner was amazing! There was a slight language barrier but she was so kind and helpful.Also,Mohammed(I think that’s his name)was super kind.He helped me with my luggage to the main square as I had an early morning flight.I would definitely stay here again!"
"Wow, what an impressive property. The room (suite) was more beautiful than we had expected and the furniture is so authentic. All staff are fantastic and so very kind (especially Soukaina at reception and a wonderful waiter who's name escaped me), the food is tasty and the portions are generous. We could not have chosen a more prefect property, especially also where it is located, everything is pretty much walkable from here. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. "
"’m not sure how to properly review this place. At first, the photos looked really nice, especially the room and bed decoration. But when we arrived in person, the experience was very different.
Even though the price was a bit higher, the place felt very crowded and full of items everywhere, which made it hard to feel relaxed or breathe comfortably. Compared to another place we stayed before, this one was not as nice or comfortable.
We also had to move here from another accommodation, and honestly I wasn’t happy with that change. The customer service didn’t feel very welcoming or professional, and overall it didn’t feel like a proper hotel experience for me.
The room itself also felt a bit strange, with too many doors and a small carpet, which added to the uncomfortable feeling.
The only positive thing I can say is that the location was good.
So I would recommend checking other riads carefully before booking this one and comparing options"
"Staffs are very pleasant and helpful. 9/10 for staff service. I think the property needs maintenance, shower head was not working so we were using the handheld shower. Some windows can't be opened as it is broken. Loved the aesthetic vibe of the room but furnitures, towels & sheets looked tired if you know what i mean. Also if you're a loud person, you might want to tone it down especially at night time as the rooms are not soundproofed. Wifi is not very reliable inside the room so you need a plan B. Location wise, i liked how it's accessible and can you can walk to other tourist spots."
