"There was a rather strong smell in the hotel, and it was not very clean either. Almost felt uncomfortable to sleep there one night, so we checked out early and didn't complete our stay. The staff were not very friendly and gave us a lot of grief with wanting to check out early. Definitely not close to any Hilton standards."
"Good service especially the chef & manager at the breakfast restaurant, the waitress at the lounge during happy hour were phenomenal. They catered to our needs .
However I must say that management must improve the vegetarian options & cater to the international community… look into adding North American food as well."
"First time back after covid. I stayed here because of previous excellent experiences. I thought hotel was very tied. Bars are closed. They have placed red mats over what must be worn out carpet in the breakfast room which were a tripping hazard. We were on the 40th floor and they were jack hammering above our room til about 8pm and they started again early. Would i stay here again. Probably not"
