Property class 4 Hotels in Tower Shores

"Ocean city hotels are not the cleanest to be honest. The property was decent, across from Starbucks and is located on the boardwalk which is the huge plus. The view is amazing from the balcony and rooms were big comparing to other hotels. Clean - 3/5, staff 4/5, ocean view 5/5"

"I have stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth Beach over the years. Decided to give this hotel a try. I will not visit again. There are no amenities offered. The hotel is outdated. The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented. I confirmed late check out the morning of check out, and was told it was not documented, and not possible. My sister, who was staying with me, addressed the issue with the same front desk personnel, and we were able to get late check out until noon. This was embarrassing. Very poor communication from staff and no amenities. I will continue to visit the Avenue Inn as well as the Belmoor moving forward. The staff respects their guests at these 2 hotels. There is no respect at this hotel. This hotel has nothing going for it other than if a guest chooses to book an oceanfront room. There is no breakfast, cocktail hour, hot tub nor pool. Very poor lighting. The bed is uncomfortable. However, the room was very clean. The location of the hotel is amazing. This hotel can only ride on its name for so long when nothing else is offered. "

"No beach view. Terrible location of the room. Right by the elevator. So noisy. Looked out on another property. They wouldn’t let me move rooms. They said they were booked. This was not true. The location was pretty good. "

"We checked in and took a shower we realized that there was no conditioner or body wash into containers. I told the front desk and they did provide me some mini size ones for that evening. And told me that someone would take care of the next day. No one took care of it at all. Free breakfast is something that they Supply in the morning but the pancakes were coming out the size of quarters. There were no juices available. The other thing that was frustrating but not sure if it was written in a fine print with hotels.com is it they charge an additional fee on top of what I prepaid with hotels.com."

"This was such a cool stay! Their atrium with the animals (tropical birds, koi fish, turtles, etc.) was amazing! I really enjoyed spending time in the atrium and the pool was nice too. I would definitely return. The beach view was amazing."
