"We dis not have breakfast. Check in took a long time. Staff was there (in a nearby reception) watched as the line grew and did not call anyone to accelerate process. I sent a message to the hotel to indicate I planned to have something delivered and inquiring if they could receive it. 60 hours passed by and they did not reply. I ordered it anyway. I received a message from the courrier that it was delivered. Upon arriving called the front desk to ask for it. They said they would check and get back to me (they never did). The following day I went down to the reception and only then they looked for it and found it."

No urgency and non attentive service considering it’s a airport location - you expect efficiency
