The rooms were quiet and some have a balcony. We did, and loved to sit outside to watch the sunset and sip on wine.

We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.
It is a small boutique hotel with everything fun, elegant and interesting! Very quiet in off season, my room was floor to ceiling glass that opened to a wonderful deck the street activities below but not loud. I wish I could stay here longer, much longer!!
Exceptionally clean, with accommodating staff. Steps away from the National Palace, and tour bus
stops. Minutes from the train station, but don't try to walk it with luggage. Restaurants, and shops
just around the corner.
A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! Amazing views from our room. It's always disappointing however to be given twin beds instead of a double and the mattress protectors made the bed very sweaty.
Breakfast was very busy so maybe that's why we didn't have the best experience.
That said we would return without hesitation. We loved the area and had a wonderful time
We absolutely loved the vibe and location. The hotel room was my favorite of our trip around Europe and the staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back one day!

First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Also the sleek, elegant Art Deco door handles (that are beautiful but not so easily grasped).

This was easily the best hotel we have stayed at around the world for service. Everything else was top notch as well. Ricardo and Leonel helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. Their recommendations made our anniversary stay unbelievable and something we'll never forget. I truly am appreciative of their service. I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Real Oeiras is about fifteen minutes from the centre of Lisboa, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby, within walking distance, plus a good restaurant in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was incredible - lots of fresh fruit, juices, bread, hot sausages etc. It is located close enough to major highways that getting in and out of the city to travel around is quite easy. Once or twice there was a traffic holdup, but not major.
We loved Sintra. The hotel was in the perfect location to explore and get to the highlights like the Palácio Nacional da Pena as well as Quinta da Regaleira. Sintra is a traditional old city that has so many spectacular views and places to see. It is wonderful.
