"Check in was very easy. Staff was friendly. Overall clean hotel except pillow cases were not fresh as I found a hair on two pillows. AC worked great and the breakfast was ok for buffet style. "

"Clean room, closer to other dining areas, good staff, loved their breakfast the most with many items. They even prepared boxed breakfasts when we had to leave early. The mattresses were NOT comfortable at all, however we requested to get it changed but it felt the same. Overall a good experience, may come back again."

The only reason for my 4 star vs 5 has to do with convenience of location. Anyone booking here should familiarize themselves with the area as it is quite tucked away from the major attractions in Rome. You will likely need to navigate the bus/metro to get to the central tourist area. If that’s your vibe, then this is a great spot!!
Also shout out to the small pizza shop next door Pizza Boom. Great selection of pizza by weight, and other delicious food."
"This is an apartment converted into three rooms with the kitchen area as the check-in. Stefano is the perfect host and while it is a little hard to find since it is a buzzer to an apartment building, the directions were very clear and Stefano was available when we had questions. The courtyard to the apartment was under construction but when it is done it will be lovely with lemon trees and lots of outdoor space. The room itself was small but very clean. It was great to be able to drop off our bags and get an espresso after a long flight and the price was excellent. It is in the area of Trastevere that is a little more gritty and where the students live but it is an easy bus to the better restaurants and the rest of Rome."
