"Felt more like a three star than a four star hotel. Beds not very comfortable, one small pillow per bed, rough, small towels. You have to ask for a key to the gym, per day. Good location, nice room overall."
"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience during our stay.
We booked a room with one double bed, but upon arrival we were given a tiny room with three single beds, two together and one o top of them. When we raised the issue with the receptionist, we were told that no other rooms were available and no alternative solution was offered.
Our reservation also included a continental breakfast. However, the only items available were coffee and orange juice. When we asked about the rest of the breakfast, the staff member in the kitchen explained that they did not have anything else available that day.
Additionally, the property is advertised online as a hotel, but in reality it appears to be more of a youth residence with shared accommodations. This was not what we expected based on the listing description.
Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we were disappointed with both the accommodations and the services provided."
"Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé dans la vielle ville pour visiter les sites historiques.
Le personnel est professionnel et aidant. Par exemple, Alexandre nous a permis d'accéder à notre chambre en avance alors que nous étions épuisés après un long vol. Il a aussi contacté un taxi au moment de notre depart, avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Plusieurs terrasses et restaurants autour. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."
