"upon arrival, after a long trip we needed a restroom (including a 90 year old man); their toilet was being repaired, they had one bathroom designated for guests but someone was occupying it for >15 minutes; the desk staff smiled and said"sorry, nothing we can do, you might use the public toilet in the square". This experience we will never forget or forgive. The room was very small with no accomodation for a second carry-on let alone a big suitcase.
