"Efficient and quick check-in with friendly receptionist (Gregory). Room on the smaller side if one needs to work - but the air conditioning did a good job esp. considering the impressive heatwave and relentless sunshine while I stayed there. Very well located for Montparnasse train station and public transport. Didn't use the restaurant."
"The hotel was lovely and very clean throughout our stay. The family room was a great size for two adults and two teenagers, with plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
The breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of choices each morning. The location was also fantastic — the metro station was only a five-minute walk away and just five stops from the Eiffel Tower, making it perfect for exploring Paris.
I really wish I could give our stay five stars, however unfortunately the hotel’s air conditioning struggled to cope with the high temperatures during our visit. We were told it would come on between 11pm and midnight, but sadly it never worked in our room at all. The hotel did provide us with a fan and kindly waived our parking charges as compensation, which we appreciated. However, with temperatures reaching 34°C during the day and still around 25°C at midnight, it made sleeping comfortably very difficult."
"Booked this hotel not realizing it was shared bathroom. It is kind of like a hostel. Did not use the amenities downstairs, and I thought breakfast was included. I need to read the fine print better next time. The room was sweltering hot with no air movement. The bathrooms were always being cleaned exactly when I went to use them. (8:30 am)
It was quiet and an ok location for walking and train/ metro."
"Room clean and spacious. Liked the bed - firm and great linens. Loved the bath. Room for ironing came in handy. Loved the storage spaces in the room and the water machine down the hall. Breakfast great. Super helpful staff. Metro station a few feet from the entrance worked great! Would stay here again."
