French Market Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We have stayed here before and love this hotel. It's pure New Orleans, including awesome staff. We accidentally booked a windowless room this time and the staff got us upgraded quickly, and then found all the things we left in the old room. Staff makes the place! "
Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was lovely, my room was spacious and very clean! The breakfast was really good! I came as a solo traveler and the hotel was close to so many things and it was just convenient! The staff were so lovely! David checked me and he was lovely! I’ll definitely will be staying here again when I come back to New Orleans. "
"In our 20+ years of visiting the French quarter at least once a year, the customet service has clearly declined. Other than its prime location, Royal Sonesta is no longer a great hotel in NOLA. "
"From our 4 day stay the room was cleaned only 2 times, used cups and garbage cans were not cleaned, tea and coffee in room were not replenished, only beds were made. We were not complaining just because we were leaving early and coming back late."
