My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. Location was so central yet felt like a quiet Sunday which is remarkable considering the throngs of tourists a few blocks over. 5 star boutique vibes at a very reasonable rate. Everything since we checked in was great, staff friendly and willing to make everything thing work perfectly. Room was really big, decoration was lovely. Every room has a tablet to chat with the front desk, order breakfast the day before which is brought to your room every morning (top quality gourmet food), order food from outside. Even not being in the center of the city it's just a 3-5 minute walk to public transportation (bus, tram and metro). Hot beverages in room (replenished every day)...

Great hotel and an even better staff working there. Comfortable, clean and always smiling staff members to greet you. They even made a breakfast bag for an early morning flight.

Really enjoyed the apartment (flat). Communication with the management was clear, timely and seamless. I'd recommend this place to my friends.

Very new design hotel, active lobby area. Seems very new, though the decor is a bit dark. Good to have AC in the room Front office staff very nice. Dave and Ava in reservations were nice to help resolve a mistake I made on Expedia for a duplicate reservation A bit far from the tourist destinations - about a half hour walk.

A Great place to stay if you’re traveling alone. You do have to travel a bit to the tourist spots but worth the price.

Great hotel rooms and breakfast was outstanding. A little out of the way from center city, but the tram gets you there in less than 8 minutes.

Front desk extremely friendly and helpful/ easy access to city from this hotel/ caution that no AC might present a problem if it is really hot, but we were fine in August with an open window/ only major complaint is the atmosphere created by wait staff in the adjacent restaurant and breakfast room - Lucie at restaurant was extremely rude, overworked, negative attitude towards customers, and loud noises from the kitchen, dishes being thrown, breaking, silverware clattering, she almost threw the...

We had a great stay! The rooms are clean, it’s quiet, there’s A/C, and beds are comfortable. The location is also great, an easy 10-15 minute walk away from main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always offering a free drink in the lobby. If traveling to Prague, I would 100% recommend staying here for a relaxing stay!

Fabulous hotel! Liked everything about it. It's a little out of the way for the activities, but it's well worth the stay!
