"Excellent location, walking distance to the old city, restaurants and view points. Hotel staff attentive to guests needs. Thank you Marcel and Pavel Jr. for exelent care."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.
The hotel was wonderful in every way, the location especially.
It felt like a truly traditional Prague hotel with the amazing decor.
The breakfast was varied every day and was very enjoyable.
Would highly recommend."
"The breakfast was bufet, sumptuous and similar to other hotels in that category. What American tourists need t be aware of is that European hotel policies regarding air conditioning are restrictive and you may not have it available many times even ina 4 or 5 star hotel. the front desk staff were superb, friendly, helpful and polite. They were also informative and suggested on short notice a gided tour which was as good as any I have ever had. "
"The breakfast was very good and the overall cleanliness was generally high. However, I noticed that the towel warming shelf needed more attention during cleaning to remove the dirt buildup on the back side of the racks. Additionally, the shelf was not functioning for the last two days of our five-day stay."
"No AC as promised. Only works in summer months. Our room was 28 degrees. They tried to improve things with a cooler no sun room. But that does not make it right if you paid for AC."
"This hotel was wonderful, nice rooms, splendid breakfast, very well located, and wonderful beds and showers. Additionally, the staff was so nice and super helpful. Patrick at the front desk was amazing. Recommended great restaurants, made is reservations, helped us with taxis, and even order some sandwiches to go as we had a very early flight. We highly recommend this hotel in Prague."
