"I had a medical emergency and had a non refundable room and asked if I can swap my stay with a date in April 4 days before my arrival and they refused which is their legal right. I do not think it is fair and will never stay there with this sort of experience."
"Excellent spa and bar. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Very little options for a sweet tooth and if there is a queue to enter you get told to go to their bakery for additional price. "
"Pluses - The Scandic is conveniently located in a walkable area. The staff were warm and welcoming; happy to answer questions and provide support. The breakfast buffet is excellent and one of the best attributes of the hotel. The sauna is also a top asset that we enjoyed several times during our stay. It was nice to have a gym available too. Minuses - Amenities in the room were missed like a coffee maker and lotion. Mold in the shower was unappealing. Unfortunately the rooftop bar that was promoted wasn’t open and doesn’t open until late spring and summer. "
