"Front desk staff was overall rude and negligent. Had multiple problems with the room (cold water showers, horribly strong sulfur smell coming from the floor drain) and we were ignored/dismissed. Very disappointed :("
"Hotel was in a good location & rooms were quite clean. The wfi kept dropping out throughout my stay which made it difficult to watch any streaming service on the bedroom tv."
"too much dishonesty. we stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights (2 nights then 3 nights over 6 days). the first time around, one of our group found that their room was entered around 11 pm. we inquired with the management who said that there wasn't anything unusual. and tried to reassure us that the hotel is safe. after we returned to the hotel, the management left a letter apologizing for the inconvenience that one of the staff had entered the room in error. why wasn't that information shared in the first place? when another person had lost a hearing aid at their room, the hotel tried to get them to pay a compensation (reward) to the person who had found the hearing aid. then they changed their approach by saying that the reward wouldn't be needed, but to pay $490 for shipping, handling and custom taxes. we decided to get our local guide involved. and she was able to retrieve the hearing aid and ship that to us for less than $100, which is $390 less than the hotel's quoted service cost. of course, we paid the local guide for their time and service. however, we did not appreciate the hotel trying to exploit or extort one of our group members with this situation. and before you read the hotel's response, we do have solid proof of this - all via text on whatsapp. bottom line: disappointing and disgusting experience."
"Was absolutely great wonderful breakfast but make sure you do not get a room next to the street or you will never be able to sleep as the windows very soon. The street cars are right next to the windows."
