"The premier Hotel Cape Town is a very nice business hotel. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We initially had a room in the back building, but we’re able to move to the front building, which was much nicer and renovated. The breakfast was very good. The hotel in general could use some updating. "
"Had a lovely experience at the hotel. Everything was perfect but what really stood out for me was the professionalism and friendliness of literally all the staff. From the courteous reception staff, the ladies at the other desk who where very kind and patient in helping me with suitable tours to book, the cleaners who were always very polite and friendly and the staff at the outdoor areas who where just exceptional as this is where I spent most of my time at the hotel. Thank you all and hope to see you again 😊"
"Room is clean, but minimum amenities. Highest star for the staff and their helpfulness. Very basic amenities, bring your own hair cleaning products, dental kit etc. "
"Sea view, jacuzzi which the children absolutely loved. Staff were amazing, food was excellent 👌 😋 Unfortunately, there are no dates available for our visit to Cape Town in Feb/March 2027 😪"
"Nice Hotel and Staff in a great location with Unresponsive Management. We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite during a Heat Wave and could only use one Room due to an inoperable Air Conditioning unit. I was told their Maintenance person would try to make a repair for 3 days straight and no one ever showed. I emailed the Manager named Mario who still has not replied in over a week.A most unfortunate situation."
"Great location. Nice views. Not soundproof (as advertised). Corridors too hot. Rooms are big and have 2 separate showers & toilets! Comfortable stay."
