"Myself and my young family have just returned from a very enjoyable stay here (3 nights). Cannot fault the rooms being honest. Rooms clean and spacious, beds were extremely comfy, shower was good - what more could you ask for in a city break! I’d happily recommend the Grand Passage to all my friends. "
"Great location with quiet, comfortable room. However, the room smelled of mothballs, and the water pressure in the bathroom sometimes (especially in the morning) was nonexistent, making it impossible to use the sink or shower. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very hospitable. The policy to not provide drinking water in the room on a daily basis also is not consistent with a 4-star property. "
