6/10 Okay
"The room was ok very basic for the price we paid,
The coffee machine only worked if you turned the switches on at the entrance not sure how we were meant to know that .also some dirty glasses were left in front of our room , when we checked in there was a pizza left over from the evening and a plate of pasta which would be microwaved from the evening menu …. Nil else for those checking in after 11pm.
They were very nice as they let us check out late but as a premium
Hotel it felt very basic and not the value expected or level
Of service , no one to take pur luggage up or helps had to find a trolley and wheel it up ourselves… not easy with 6 pieces of luggage for 2 families. "
"Excellent room. Spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hoetel is well situated for historic centre of Brussels and next to metro for easy commute to other areas and to stations. Although facing onto B Anspach/ Annspachlaan, my room was very quiet. "
"The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, highly recommend. The location is fantastic, nothing not to like about this terrific property. "
"Beautiful room and a very cool hotel with great staff , however the area is a bit of an issue especially if you go near Central Nord, which is the closest train station. The trams are in th either direction and safer."
"The room was lovely, clean and roomy, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In an excellent location to sight see in Brussels and access the local train station to venture further. The lady on reception was excellent, friendly and informative.
The only let down was in the eatery on the ground floor. The service was very poor, rude, unhelpful and the food passable."
"The staff was very unhelpful with their ability to know what was in the area for services.
The one night manager only listened to his computer and didn’t like to be disturbed. "
