8/10 Good
"it was fine, the rooms were very very stuffy and even though a fan was provided, it was quite warm!
Also, the body soap was not for free, and they also will charge you for a towel so bring your own."
"Beautiful hotel. We got a fabulous room with a sitting area. Location is ideal - everything is walkable. Only one problem departing - the concierge was not helpful in calling us a cab."
"The room was of a good size, and the location of the hotel offers great access to public transport. Breakfast was good and varied and the 9th floor terrace has great views.
There were a couple of less positive aspects, though. We were visiting during a heatwave, and at times the A/C in the room was barely keeping up. Also, out of 3 elevators, only one was working reliably (one has been broken during the entire stay, and another one was on and off) - for such a large hotel with 9 floors, it created unacceptable waiting times.
But overall, we had a good stay; it was nice to be walking distance from most things we wanted to do."
"Well this was something different! Hotel Mozart is like being in Casablanca! You get the feel of Morocco with the colorful tiles, and the exotic settings throughout. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor (elevator!) which looked out over the street below. Nice welcome breeze in the afternoon. The bathroom was recently updated with a nice shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel is just a block from the main square of old town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again!"
"The room was a great size for our family. There was actually room to move around and for the boys to play, which is rare for rooms catering for families. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Great location with the staff recommending some great local restaurants!"
