We couldn't sleep a single minute because of the air condition outside motor unit of another rooms which is attached right outside our window, it was extremely noisy all night as other room was using it. I know you get what you paid but, you expect at least a normal sleep during the night in a hotel room! Sound insulation was terrible as you can hear other people was taking shower even! It feels like they are literally taking shower inside our room! They changed our room without getting permission to carry our personal stuff! I will request a refund to Expedia. I definitely do not recommend to anyone even it they provide it for free!"
