"We had an amazing time in Costa Rica. This property was clean, view was amazing, staff was super helpful. I'm giving it 5 stars but I do want to note some things for travelers: 1) Parking is extremely difficult due to small parking area. The staff is there to help navigate, but keep that in mind. 2) If you come back late, the parking gate may be locked and it's difficult to get the security guards attention to open it (front desk is gone at a certain time). Make sure to let the front desk and security know you will be coming home late or you could get locked out. Otherwise, beautiful property with great view."
"You are assigned a concierge who helps with booking tours, making reservation and any needs on the property. Our concierge Jose stayed in contact with us throughout our stay arranging tours for each of us and arranged for baggage assistance and breakfast for our early morning departure."
