"Nice property if not a little crammed. Stsff was great, did their best but poolside food took forever,or they fogot on 2 occasions. Hospitality room wasn't available as we had scheduled and we almost missed our flight"
"Property is old and needs major updates. I booked an ocean front room but as soon as I as walked in the room I could sense the musty smell. I left the balcony door opened for a few hours to see if it would go away but it really didn’t. Shower curtain in the bathroom was also extremely short so we could not shower without the bathroom floor getting completely wet. Room also had no mirror. I talked to the front desk and requested a new room but they told me they didn't have other ocean front rooms so I ended up settling for a non ocean front room. It was a little better than the original room, but still with the musty smell but at least we had a mirror and the shower curtain wasn't as high as the original room. Carpets also look extremely old.
One day I accidentally walked to the Lower Level of the hotel and could see water all over the lower level floor by the staircase area which probably means the hotel has a leak but I didnt see anyone addressing the issue which I think is very concerning. I would not recommend as I didn't get the room type I paid for and because of the condition the hotel is in which did not make me and my family feel safe."
"I hope you like cold showers and hidden expenses! Just about nothing at the notebook worked properly. From the elevator to the room keys (of which I had to get replaced about 8 times during a 3 day stay)
Room had roaches, the shower was cold and had no pressure. My fan didn’t work. The parking is perhaps the most inconvenient I’ve ever come across. I was nickel and dimed for resort fees, parking, security deposits and an early check in.
Sleeping in my car would have been a better experience "
"Was given the wrong room, paid for a view and eventually changed. Paid for breakfast and it was not up to standard with a pretty limited choice.
The pools were closed due to a conference being held there so we could use them, we were not informed this when booking our stay."
