"Quarto espaçoso, mas fiquei no quarto 1414 próximo de uma dispensa com os roupeiros do hotel por duas vezes a porta aberta e vendo a bagunça . O microondas do quarto parou precisando de um técnico para trocar o aparelho, a Tv não pegava os canais e por duas vezes precisou ir técnicos no quarto. Durante a noite a geladeira fazia um barulho horrível atrapalhando o silêncio da madrugada . Por fim pela manhã ouvia pessoas falando para pegar os roupeiros que fiquei ao lado. Não recomendo até porque Brasília tem muitas opções . Não voltarei."
"I am an Expedia VIP member, and the property is supposed to provide a special welcome along with other perks.
Not only was I denied all of those benefits, but I was also charged an extra fee for early check-in. It was a Sunday, and the property had many rooms available.
I had to argue with the manager to have the fee reimbursed, and after considerable discussion, she agreed to refund the amount that had been improperly charged.
I paid via PIX (cash) but as of now, I still have not received the refund. This appears highly questionable. Scheme?
I am extremely disappointed and strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property."
