"The hotel’s location is excellent, central to everything in the heart of the city by the Duomo. The interiors are very calming and very little city noice can be heard inside.
We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was grand in size and luxury. "

"The property was amazing! Great location to activities and subway. Great customer service and very nice rooms. The only downside is their heat and AC is on a calendar. So a warm stay like mine the AC wasn't on and the heat was horrible. Nothing could be done. But they accommodated with fans and extra water bottles. "
"Stay away from this place. Apartment has mold everywhere, on living room walls near sofa, bedroom walls, various areas in bathroom, and all around ac condenser that is inside apartment near the sofa.
Shortly after checking in we discover the mold issues and called them immediately. They offered to spay the areas with some solution and thought that would resolve the mold forever. I explained to them that mold issues don’t work like that. It is more than a one time spray solution! As most of us know it’s a very serious issue especially when traveling with an elderly mother with a lung condition and two children allergic to mold with asthma.
I asked if we can move to another apartment and they said no everything is booked out. They sprayed something that smelled very toxic and made the apartment smell very bad.
Had to search for hours for another hotel that had availability. Finally, we found one. I ended up checking out a few hrs after checking in. I had no choice. This place is health hazard. It is falsely advertised. They refused to refund me my money back. I’m upset with with hotel.com as well because they are advertising for them, I trusted them and they too not helping in getting a refund or working with me to resolve this issue!!"
