We initially booked a Luxury Beach Bungalow, but when a minor room issue came up, the Management team was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make it right by upgrading us to an overwater bungalow (next step above already booked). Waking up over that stunning lagoon and experiencing their world-class service made all the difference. A Massive & extraordinary recovery and a such an amazing property from start to finish. I highly recommend and would definitely book again.."

We did not love the dinner buffet that is served one night of the week. We would recommend the Lagoon Tour excursion with Mike was an amazing experience. If you are leaving on a flight that leaves later in the day, be cautious that the resort has limited facilities to accommodate these travellers."
