My only complaint is I asked for extra coffee sachets as I had run out of them and the reception desk did not seem to care to find one for me, said that the cleaning service would bring one the day after which never happened. I needed one then, at night not the day after. Shouldn’t be an issue I believe "

"The rooms need to be updated. No safe, carpet was badly fitted and the water from the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom. And whoever chose the tiling, should be fired.
We have stayed at this hotel once before and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The gym and swimming pool are very good for a hotel and the spa is also good although the sauna this time was out of action. The breakfast is pretty good. Not many restaurants in the area close by."

"As a Raddison member, I got a free room upgrade which was great. Room was big and had a nice city view. All amenities were good, as far as I used them.

"Well designed appartment. Plenty of storage. Washing machine hidden in cupboard came in very handy along with the huge airers. Great balcony which looked out onto the other apartments and gardens. Nice to have somewhere to sit outside for breakfasts and also on a night. Restaurants on complex.
Close to The Hub for a larger supermarket and a few shops and other eateries. The Metro station is also there.
About 20 minute walk from main train station in Warsaw. Would definitely stay again. "
