"Fantastic location and helpful staff, literally right across from the Mezquita in a central part of the historic area. The restaurant was nice and there was a part in the hotel where you could see exposed Roman ruins under the existing hotel which was very cool!"
"The location is great, and that is already a good start. The staff was friendly and helpful (I dealt with different people, so it is their standard). The rooms are comfortable and well-equiped, and I really enjoyed breakfast. I hope to be back."
"In room lighting could be much better.
Requiring breakfast in the subterranean basement when the above ground patio tables are available and so lovely is a crime against your guests.
The hotel menu is dismal"
"I think the breakfast is poor and the breakfast room very dated. It felt like a 60s Motorway services.
The cafeteria on the way into the hotel is good.
The hotel is great otherwise - perfectly located nice reasonably priced rooms and very helpful staff - and perfect if there are members of the family who like to shop at Zara which is directly opposite"
"Convenient for exploring city but be prepared for 20 mins walk - it's not in the old town. Sun terrace - small roof to pool a welcome relief in the heat. Hotel seems to be mainly spanish business people & reception not much used to giving tourist info. Furnishings dark wood so room feels a little dated & dark but huge comfy bed & nice toiletries"
"The place was great, location was great, staff, bedding, clean shower, etc, but we did have an issue with the extra bed with dirty sheet as well as sheets left behind from the previous guests in our room. We took pictures and the front staff promptly took action, but when we came back, they had not changed out the sheets for new ones. Besides this smallish incident, everything else including staff was great. The on-site parking would not fit our MB Vita, so we had to use an off-site parking garage."
