Excellent staff and very clean rooms

Best hotel in Europe!

We stayed in Schloss Berg in mid March for a weekend. We are so glad we decided to stay at this hotel!!! As soon as we arrived, the reception desk greeted us with warm/wet cloths to clean up from the drive, fresh apples and free wine. We had never been to Luxemburg before and the reception plotted out our entire next day of things to do for us (she was right on point, we had such a great day)! Great hotel, very clean and modern. The staff was incredibly helpful with choosing restaurants and dealing with noisy neighbors. Would stay here again anytime.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast buffet

Excellent service clean spacious rooms. Located in the heart of the city and a short walk to the old town. Beautiful bar and lounge and the piano player was great. Will definitely be staying here again.

Rine sehr schöne Pansion mit einem noch besseren Vermieter! Sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Kühschrank war auch da. Im Sommer sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich! So richlich das wir uns jeden Tag noch eine Weg Zehrung machen durften. Preis Leistung war ebenfals topp. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Schaut es Euch einfach mal an ihr werdet Überscht sein.

A great one night stay close to the Volklingen UNESCO Ironworks Museum. The breakfast was delightful and well balanced. The staff kind. Restful and quiet with a very nice and dark room to sleep. All was much appreciated.

A very cool hotel located in a new exposition and shopping center. I found it very cool, comfortable and convenient. I had a “cozy” room which was fine for 1 person. There is a laundry room for guests where you can do laundry, iron and steam you clothes. Really useful! Great breakfast buffet and dining options

We loved our room and stay at Melia! The staff who checked us in and at the front desk were excellent. We had an incredible view and overall great stay!

Breakfast was awesome every morning! Quiet place to stay! Very lovely! Make you time your trip to arrive before 10 pm! Otherwise the front desk is closed and you will not be able the check in. We did have a problem checking out. We booked and prepaid with Expedia and the system would not let us check out. They wanted another CC payment! We booked 7 months in advance and in that time the systems changed. It was a glitch in the system on their end and they ultimately let us go.

The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean, fresh and welcoming after a long day of traveling. Public transportation was close, we used a car to get to old town which easily navigated to. The breakfast had plenty of options for the entire family.
