"The hotel was situated in a perfect place .Beautiful setting. Just opposite the tour boats. A few nice beaches nearby. The best beaches in my opinion ….one to the left of the hotel walking around the marina. Nice snack bar called the Red Lobster. Another nice beach resort Waikiki.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was nice.Our room had a living room off it. Nice but a bit oldish However comfortable and good value .Breakfast was nice.Not a buffet but nice choices and lovely coffee. Although the room had a kettle and cups I think an improvement would be some coffee sachets and milk rather than just a tea bag each day.
All in all a lovely holiday in a fabulous place. Thank you."

"Absolutely beautiful property and attentive staff make this place extra special. Room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped and we were treated to an upgrade which was doubly nice! Excellent range of restaurants, shops and bars at our doorstep made it super-convenient too 😊. Only complaint is that check-in was a hassle since need to go to the office first (nearly impossible to find even with precise instructions). Given the level and quality of the property and the staff, this definitely needs to get fixed! A sign on site and a picture in the instructions for what the building is looking like would be tremendous help."
