So many lovely extras - from lobby elevators whose doors always stand open, to fresh iced tea and lemon water always at the ready. Dog and people friendly - because the staff is warm and friendly and so helpful!! Don't sleep on the Hotel Winters! "

"We stayed here because it's not far from my family's house, so that made it very convienent for us. It's not close to very much except the freeway, so walking is probably not recommended, and nearby food options are limited. But for our situation, it was great. It gave us refuge from the chaos of the holiday, and was a quiet, comfortable stay. When I asked for extra pillows, they were very accomodating. "Bed was comfortable and pool area was nice. The breakfast did not look like the online pictures and only had waffles, muffins and cereal. No hot items or toast. We dealt with 3 staff members. One was very nice! The other two were extremely rude. They were very open about the fact that they would have treated us better if we hadn’t used a third party reservation system. "
