"We had two rooms, one was upgraded which was very nice of them. However, the thermostat of one room did not work, which was freezing. The resort setting was beautiful and tranquil. The Chinese restaurant was excellent where we had two dinners. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive and good quality. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful. All in all, a very pleasant stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La throughly. Staffs are friendly and professional and the hotel is very clean. Swimming pool and its changing rooms are well maintained. Alva of horizon club lounge is the highlight of our stay. It’s nice to see her with a big smile in the morning and her attention to details is amazing."
