The swimming pool is heated, lounge chairs are comfortable, and a pergola is available if there is too much sun (see photo). The hosts are very friendly, and genuinely connecting to travelers. Continental breakfast is copious, and included melon de Cavaillon (the famous French version of Cantoloupe) and delicious home-made yogurt. "Le Moulin de Chateau was an ideal location to stay during our trip through the Verdon area. The hotels in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie were booked, but Le Moulin turned out to be an even better option. Charming hotel , very nice pool and small spa, excelent service , very nice and spacious Provence discrete luxury rooms , and Gia de restaurant was amazing (food and view). Close driving to the Lavander amazing fields, and the town of Forcalquier is very nice petit town. Highly recommended."
